GENERAL RULES

• Fees payable are subject to change from time to time. Parents will, however, be informed of any such changes.
• Parents must acknowledge by signing all the communications of the school and return the same to the class teacher.
• The students must not be absent from the classes without prior information and written leave application to the Principal. Any leave for more than four days , in case of illness will require medical certificate by the doctor.
• If a student is to be withdrawn from the school, a written information should be given by the parents/guardian at least one month in advance .Failure to this , security deposited will not be refunded.
• The management / principal can, in interest of the school may ask the parents to remove the child during the school year or at the end of the session. Cost of replacement will be charged for breakage, damage and losses made by child in the school.
• 75% attendance is required to be made by every child in a session to appear in the final examination.
• Any change in address or telephone number must be promptly intimated to the school in written.
• If the student is caught using unfair means during the test / examination, disciplinary action can be taken.

STUDENT RULES

• The students must always be neat & tidy, well groomed and in proper uniform, with polished and clean shoes, proper hair cut, tidy and trimmed nails etc on all occasions.
• Students must carry the school diary to the school daily. Any communication from teacher must be shown to the parents and get signed.
• They should be smart in the way they sit ,stand ,walk and talk , be polite with everyone , and specially respectful with elders , ladies and visitors.
• They should be punctual and present on time at all places where they are supposed to be, like in classes, games, activities, and during social services etc.
• They must protect the school property and not misuse , damage or mutilate its possessions and keep the surroundings clean.
• They must not raise their voices, shout or use foul language or indulge in quarrel, fight and violence.
• Students must apply themselves as whole heartedly to their studies in the school and the house as they are expected to do , responding positively to their teachers and house master.
• Students must maintain decency & decorum in the school.
• Students suffering from infectious disease should not come to the school in view of other students’well being.
• Students must not use unfair means in test / examination.
• The students must converse in English in school campus.
• The students must attend morning assembly actively and perform the tasks assigned by their house.
• The students must complete their home work assigned by the school and take signature of their parents for the verification in respect of completing home work.

OTHER RULES

• A student will be declared passed / promoted to the higher classes as per the rules and pass percentage in existence at that time.
• Transfer certificate for withdrawal will not be issued until all the dues of the school are settled.
• When the name of the students is struck off the rolls for any reason whatsoever, the student will have to seek re-admission if they are interested and school permits . Re-admission procedures have to be followed.
• Parent Teacher Meet is held regularly. Parents are requested to attend the meeting to track their ward’s progress.
• The management/principal is at liberty to alter, add or repeal any rule(s) or regulation(s).
• Students are not allowed to drive any vehicle to come to school .(except cycle)
• Do not send expensive gifts with students on birthdays or any other festivals.
• The school is divided into four houses. Students must remain loyal to their respective houses as they are expected to do, and they should respond positively to their house teacher and house captains.
• The children will not be allowed to go home during school hours without prior permission. However they may be permitted to leave with only the known persons in case of emergency. The students who remain absent from the examination for any reason will not be re- examined.
